The Transportation Lawyers Association 55th Transportation Law Institute is scheduled for Friday, November 18 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts. The educational program, with a theme of Massachusetts authors and literature, will cover aspects of cybersecurity in the transportation and logistics arena, the emerging role of technology in defending casualty claims, a comparison of approaches to Federal transportation safety regulation by the FMCSA, FRA, and NTSB, an update on international trade, developing enhancing and maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, and how to best plan and prepare for world events that disrupt the global supply chain. Each panel will provide both legal and industry perspectives on the topics covered.
