A panel of experienced corporate counsel will discuss the overarching topics that are on their minds, what are the larger(est) issues that they face and anticipate in the coming years, what ethical dilemmas they present, how they respond and operate proactively in such an environment and how it affects their approach to employment issues, contractual issues and litigation issues. Participants will learn the prevalence of emerging ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles, scoring and indexing and the importance the same may have to TLA member’s corporate clients. The panel will discuss corporate responsibility, including fiscal responsibility, diversity training, and professionalism, and how these ethical issues play a significant role in the overarching topics identified as top of mind for our expert panel.
